Execute shell commands via Obsidian URI

• URI format: obsidian://shell-commands?execute=123 (executes a shell command whose id is 123). Edit 2022-04-26: vault= parameter can also be added to the uri.
• Add custom variable assignments: obsidian://shell-commands?execute=123&_my_custom_variable=my_value&_another=abc
• Or just assign variable values without executing anything: obsidian://shell-commands?_my_custom_variable=my_value&_another=abc

TODO:

• [x] Add a an icon button to the settings that can be used to copy the uri of a specific shell command. The uri should include the vault parameter, too.
