New events:

[x] When a new file is created.
[x] When a file is deleted.
[x] When a file is moved.
[x] When a file is renamed.
[x] When a file is modified.
[x] When a folder is created.
[x] When a folder is renamed.
[x] When a folder is deleted.
[x] When a folder is moved.

TODO:

[x] Update all event variables' documentation descriptions.
[x] Create documentation for the new events.
[x] Create documentation for new event variables.
[x] Create tests.
[x] Add to CHANGELOG.md.

Shorten old event names:

[x] After Obsidian starts -> Obsidian starts
[x] Before Obsidian quits -> Obsidian quits
[x] After switching the active pane -> Switching the active pane
