Bug: Scroll position is not always remembered in settings #245

I think this bug has appeared after some Obsidian update. It used to work in Obsidian version 0.14.6 and below. It's broken in Obsidian 0.14.15 - I don't know it that's the exact version that broke it, but at least from that version onwards the scroll position is not remembered. This is not to blame Obsidian in any way. I can't even pinpoint what change in Obsidian could have caused this.

Fixed, but there's no guarantee that it will not break again in the future.
