Checking the 'Custom content' checkbox makes the editor think that something has been changed #2

This is not a big issue at all, but a little bit annoying. If I check the checkbox just to see the content of the 'Custom content' field, some kind of "dirty" flag gets triggered and even if I make no real changes to any of the actual data fields, the editor asks a confirmation when I'm about to leave to another page without hitting the save button.
