Now that some bugs are fixed, I'll start to upgrade this module to become compatible with SS4.
The upgraded module will use a new release line 2.x that will be only compatible with SS4, not backwards compatible with SS3. SS3 compatible work will have a new branch called 1.x. This is just in case if any bugs occur that really need to be fixed in the SS3 compatible version too. Otherwise I don't think that the 1.x release line will get much more updates.
While the upgrade work is not finished, there will be a temporary branch called ss4 that will hold the unfinished upgrading work - just in case if I happen to be slow and someone else needs to do the upgrade quicker by continuing from where I perhaps have left off.
