Update to 1.9 #29

Updates Sound enumerations to the new (incredibly verbose) 1.9 versions, and explicitly uses main hand instead of generic hand.

Lots o' lines changed.

b4d7042405a3d72090545d542ec773723a3212d9 allows compatibility to 1.9, while allowing 1.8 to function aswell.

Explicit usage of the new enums or the new mainhand functions is thus unwanted.
