Feature Request: Ability to add official decks to the user's collection #308

It would be nice if a user could add the official decks to their collection and have all cards within added to their collection at the same time. Thus, if the user added ST1 to their collection, all cards in the deck would be added in the correct count to the user's profile.

One question in doing this is if it should also add the promos bundled with certain decks. It's possible to buy the decks second-hand without the promos. It would probably be best to have a toggle that determines if the promos are added as well.

I would add only the deck cards, at the start. The promos aren't always the same for the decks, as far as I know.
