Adds option to search decks that can be built based on user's collection #489

Adds one extra button on the decks page
Fetches the collection of the user on the deck-page component in order to use it for the filter
It searches if collection contains all or more required cards on each of the decks available, if so, display only the decks the user can create with their own collection.

I added it to the newest update :) As I remodeled a lot of stuff, sorry that it took way to long. I credited your Name in the changelog, I hope that is okay :)
