Export Deck view does not show a second time under some conditions

Browser version: Mozilla Firefox 121.0

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to Profile.
• Click a deck to open the "Deck Details" view.
• Click the "Export" button (the "Export Deck" view gets properly shown).
• Click outside of the "Deck Details" area to close both the "Deck Details" and the "Export Deck" (note that clicking outside the "Deck Details" area is required as clicking outside the "Export Deck" but inside the "Deck Details" will not show the wrong behavior").
• Click a deck to open the "Deck Details" view again.
• Now pressing the "Export" button does not open the "Export Deck" view.
