Can you check my proposal for Hain 0.7.0-beta.1 please?

It is distributing beta versions only for recent years. There are no stable versions and development versions. It seems like that means as stable.

The official download link redirects to the releases page, not download v0.6.4. https://hainproject.github.io/hain/

It seems like true beta version. The package was rejected. When the stable version is released, I'll update one as stable.
