Wrong installer url #70

When updating pia i get an error, the installer is referring to a non existing download: remote file either doesn't exist, is unauthorized, or is forbidden for url 'https://installers.privateinternetaccess.com/download/pia-windows-x64-2.5-05652.exe'. Exception calling "GetResponse" with "0" argument(s): "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."

It looks like, they've removed the installer. The latest version is working fine. https://chocolatey.org/packages/pia/251.0
