Update Proton VPN to Version 2.4.1 #91

The Proton VPN package has yet to catch up with the recent release, so I thought I'd try to help move it along. I don't know how to check the AU script for potential issues. I hope this is enough. Thanks for maintaining all these packages for the community Repo.

  1. Updated protonvpn.nuspec
  2. Updated chocolateyinstall.ps1

If a chocolatey package has the AU script, don't need to update manually. The protonvpn AU script is working fine. Please wait at least 1 week for the next time.
