I want to run trader implementation on a real betting exchange market
So that I can validate trading strategy in practice

Standalone application, which polls a single betting exchange market every 
given number of seconds and trigger trader implementation.  

Input arguments:
- Trader implementation class
- Betfair market id
- Market data polling interval in seconds.
