Move generating charts from SimulatorApp to TraderContext #70

At the moment time line charts are generated automatically by SimulatorApp 
(command line application for market simulator), so it's out of control of 
trader implementation. Remove generating charts from SimulationApp and add this 
functionality to trader contexts so charts can be created on demand by traders 
after market simulation is finished.
