Enable running trader impl by both trader optimisation and SImulationApp #93

SimulationApp cannon run Traders with non empty constructors, whereas at the 
moment some traders take non empty constructor for a purpose of trader 
optimisation. The solution would be to use getters and setters instead of 
passing trader arguments by constructor.
