Remove masthead copywriting on mobile view
Use wrapping 50%-width-items hflow for navigation on mobile view

@brookevmf Roughly I'd like the mobile head to look something like:

Hey @jasonkuhrt - now that we have only four items in the menu, your top idea works well.

Hopefully it will help bring up the content on the artifact pages enough for visitors to realize that there is a lot more content below. What was nice about the old site was that when people visited a mobile version of an artifact page, it was clear right away that they were at that company's page. I know that the new site is different, but it is important that people know where they are if they first land on an artifact page.

Also, I just wanted to share some screen grabs from my phone to show you how it looks now. It seems like the site has a right-margin or padding that pushes the site away from the right edge - but only if I try to move up and down and accidentally slide form side to side.
