FAQ link bug #176

The second FAQ link doesn't have a highlight colour for some reason when it's being viewed - in French and in English. It's like it jumps over that question... not sure what I did to break it?!?

@brookevmf This is very odd. I was unable to discover a difference between the working/not-working items that would explain this problem. The library powering this functionality is third-party, so I'm not in a position to debug it very much. I would suggest after playing on the content-side of things a bit more, if the third entry still does not work, mark this as a 'future' and unassign me for the time being. We can solve this if I write my own library and/or use a different and smaller library than bootstrap.

Hey, through a process of elimination I've figured out that it doesn't like the <span keyword="co2"></span> so I'm just using CO<sub>2</sub>. Seems to be ok??
