[Staging] Add Flourish widget to FeaturedData #546

Description

Add Flourish widget to Featured Data widgets list. This means content editors will be able to choose between HURUmap Snippet, Flourish and HURUmap widgets as featured data.

QQ Are we planning to avoid data duplicates or was this the data bridge that was done recently?

The Wagtail document upload dialog keeps track of all uploaded documents so with good naming strategy we won't be duplicating the uploaded visualization zip files @karimkawambwa. They can be reused in different indicators.

With stream block/field design we however have to duplicate title/descriptions for now since they can't stand on their own (unlike snippets used in HURUmap bridge).
