[Staging] Fix Featured Data #565

Description

[x] Fix spacing below featured data charts
[x] Add source title and qualifier and remove right chart header
[x] Adjust iframe height depending on the chart size (including height of qualifiers and source title)
[x] Capture full width of the image rather than what's just visible.
