CUSTOM : Verifibaleid, humanity and over18 depending on the format on the switch (ldp_vc and jwt_vc_json)

emailpass and phonepass only if format is ldp_vc

Defi only if format is ldp_vc

By defaul the CUSTOM format is ldp_vc, so by defauilt there are 6 issuers

EBSI : No issuers

DIPP : verifiableid, humanity and over18 in jwt_vc_json format so 3 issuers

i dont see the difference when i chose EBSI only issuer with format jwt_vc should be displayed. it maens none today as we dont have a jwt_vc issuer in the hwallet
