Add new did:jwk key with P-256 generated in hardware #2706

Add the key in the DID list and in the OIDC4VCI options for DID

This key can not be exported as the private key is not available. The key is attached to the wsllet instance.

The attribute value is did:key:p-256:hardware

This value will be also an option in the configuration received from the portal
