Update a bunch of packages and fix subsequent issues #436

A few packages were raising security concerns, they have been updated. Some test packages upgrade implied to fix some code (mainly factories)

Pyscopg2 is now psycopg2-bynary. For existing environments, psycop2 package must be uninstalled first, then psycopg2-bynary can be installed.
