CV attachment selection authorisation issue

This is easily replicable in prod: select, e.g., candidate Caroline Cameron Test and in the CV dropdown in 'Additional Info > Attachments' or 'List Specific Shareable Docs' choose a doc — error is displayed as pictured:

Ah, I had a dim memory flickering here - it's related to #850, the file is in the wrong subfolder, having been manually moved. That issue is still pending and I can probably fix this manually.
