Implement MOU employer opp stage

Request from Sarah W New "MOU" stage in Salesforce

hi <@U02NYRN57V5>, please could you add "MOU" as a stage to employer opportunities on Salesforce. The stages will go:

pitching > MOU > identifying roles

Please could you also add "MOU signed" date in the key dates field? Once the MOU stage is finished, and "identifying roles" is selected, we would want this key date field to be filled in with the date.

The reasoning is MOUs can take a long time to finalize and/or can be a dealbreaker for some employers. We currently don’t have anywhere to capture this information.
