There appears to be a phantom account with the email address ehrarie@gmail.com that needs investigation.

Further investigation revealed that the role for the email address ehrarie@gmail.com was set to 'user,' and in the settings, it does not show user roles; it only displays admin users. @sadatmalik Should I close this?
