DR candidate erroneously set w IRC as managing partner #1249

Good morning! 254366 is in the Dominican Republic, but is showing as having IRC as the managing partner instead of TBB. Can this be fixed? I assume they used an IRC link, but if so, that should come up as IRC as referral not managing partner. Thanks! FYI <@U02T8508UN8>
