Settle on what we want to automate in terms of communication to candidates at key stages of recruitment? (Perhaps to include team discussion and consultation with TC admins and candidates)
Implement the agreed decisions, incl. translations of all candidate comms
Create accessible, reliable documentation for TC admins
Noting that John suggested an opt-in/out to early stages comms for candidates, reflecting the pretty even split in opinions on this question in discussions so far.
