Mob testing - small UI fixes

• [x] See more button on candidate source component, the occupations or search fields appear on the right and not below.
• [x] Loading symbol on job progress tab appears right next to button, should be better positioned
• [x] Checkbox on Update Existing Saved Search pop up not aligned correctly, and console errors saying can't find property of id.
• [x] Clicking on the star to unstar a search isn't working (seperate issue #1377)
