Intake Stats (Design) #160

As an admin user I would like to see monthly intake stats So that I can plan resources more effectively

Monthly intake stats are currently prepared monthly in Excel

Mariam and Nourhan: useful filters would be occupation, user (viewable by managers only), date

@samschlicht FYI: Sarah is pulling together an initial draft of what an intake stats screen in TC could look like, for review. So as not to duplicate effort on this - putting this one in the Icebox for now until we have received Sarah's initial drafts.
