Candidate Portal - switching language reverts to English #23

When selecting a language other than English - this has to be done twice - the first time it seems to revert back to English.

I've had the opportunity to speak to John about this now, but unfortunately I'm still unable to reproduce the error despite trying to cause it all over the candidate portal — he surmised that it may have been a local issue.

That said, the local issue would also be in relation to our frontend storage log (similar to cookies), which stores user session info until they log out — John suggested that giving Sadat and me a tour of that would be useful in any case. But this issue can probably move to the icebox pending it happening again so we can better understand it.
