Starred candidates for quick access

Could it be possible to add a favorite or :star: option to use for high potential highly qualified candidates and a filter so we can easily access their profiles when needed.

Sadat: One thought on number 3 is to add those candidates to a personal-favourites list. Would that give you what you're looking for?

Lea: With regards to request number 3, adding them to a personal list could resolve the problem for now, however the purpose of the favorite option is for all TC users to see. So anyone that looks for truck drivers can know if this is a super start candidate or not, without having me share my personal list with the whole team.

Consensus is to have a "context specific" starred column in the region highlighted below. The starred column would indicate if this candidate is a favourite candidate (regardless of status - i.e. verified, unverified, rejected)

Alternatively - it may work better to introduce a 4th status - "Verified - starred profile" - then do not need to number the candidates #406

The starred column needs to be sortable of click - to bring the favourites to the top.
