As a candidate I want the TC to extract my job relevant skills from my registration and intake data So that these skills can be stored in the TC database and used for job matching and training pathway recommending

It seems to provide a potentially quick way to do skills extraction based on TC candidate data.

See also Slack channel #tools-tbbdatabase - which talks about ISCO and ESCO - which are occupation focussed by there is also conversation about skills.

ESCO has skills associated with occupations. Could be used for skill selection from drop down. Simple, no AI needed.

Plus ability to support Other skills and skills not associated with any occupation.
