We hope to make these changes to the job registration process for autonomous access cases.
[ ] JOI should not be required (most teams don't use this at all; Canada only uses the employer cost commitments field)
[ ] Encourage users to add one candidate to the list (this should not be mandatory as sometimes candidates don't have an existing TC profile; however, this would be helpful to note as this step is commonly skipped until a later stage). This can be a simple reminder in the text.
When a candidate is added to the submission list for autonomous access opportunities:
[ ] Start suggested candidates stages starting from "offer"
[ ] Automatically mark the "autonomous" checkbox in the candidate's opportunity on Salesforce. (this is a manual step that people skip regularly)
