Update SF with employer's interview feedback (Y/N) from published list #72

As a person that shares a published list to an employer for feedback on candidates, I would like to connect the "Interview?" feedback column from the employer to Salesforce, So that it can automate updating the candidate opportunity with the feedback and reduce manual input on SF.

Slack from Kat https://refugeejobsmarket.slack.com/archives/C42S4AJ73/p1679689583279839:

Another smaller request from TBB Canada. We are wondering, is it possible to get a new field for the published lists in the Talent Catalog, which would be "Interview Yes/No". It could have a drop down just like the Job Offer / No Job Offer section. Saleem Alkozai manually added one in that works perfectly, in this example you can see here. It allows us to easily send it to employers, saving a tonne of emails back and forth. When the employer has decided, they can then shoot us one email and say good to go on the interview scheduling. From my perspective, I only truly care about having it here to ease the employer communications around who they want to proceed with, however I wonder if this could be used to capture relevant information in the TC, too. Like, once you press the "Feedback" button, could it move those with Yes to 2-way Review (or 2-way Prep, not sure), and those who are a "No" get moved to "No interview"? If you do choose to include the Salesforce syncing, I would recommend you also add a "Candidate Selection Feedback" box that we can ask the employer to use when providing feedback on why a candidate was not selected. Once synced to SF, this could fill in the "closing comments" field, which I believe is something Sanah Yassin watches. Thanks in advance!
