This might seem quite trivial but can slow down and complicate duplication between portals.
We should work from the admin version, which has the new version — this offers much more icon choice (we currently only have solid/filled options on candidate) and also the ability to make them more interactive.
Noting that the emoji react icons on view-post.component can be aligned once this is done. Currently they look much better on admin!
More importantly, perhaps, this may well play into the process to align our code across both portals (#541).
