Support for standard ISCO categories and their related occupations #788

Currently categories are not standard and are stored on Saved Search as a type, and they are related to a occupation via an occupation saved search (eg. search Accountant has type 'profession/business').

  1. Need to move to more standard categories
  2. Store these categories on the database in their own table or column on occupation table for improved searching/reporting.

See issue #544 where this was requested and realised need for the above.
