How to generate .bin from pairs.txt

I got pairs.txt, but I don't how to gennerate .bin, I don't find dataset2bin.py. Could you provide me some idea or scripts. Thanks a lot!

I've uploaded the module. dataset2bin.py was originally in https://github.com/deepinsight/insightface/tree/master/src/data and it is their code. I thought most people come here after trying their codes, sorry.
