When casting an Allow Transfer on a wisp, got an error #108

When trying to have a wisp cast "number 1, Allow Transfer" got the error of "java.lang.IndexOutOFBoundsException: Index 1 out of bounds for length 0). The MC version is 1.19.2, Hex Casting is 0.10.3, and Hexel is 0.2.18. For the mod list, the HexxyCraft server

Another error with Allow Transfer, any number is more than 2. Tried to 0.5 for the number and the spell said it was greater then 2
