Configurable Send Item button for Co-op #47

Send Item button was changed from R3 to Select.

I would guess this was changed because most people like to use R3 for bridge break.

I really liked it on R3. Would it be possible to have this be configurable?

I think the change was made because I removed assists as an option, so sending items is the only button press feature. Also there were issues with some people not having the port set to a controller type with R3 enabled. I will look into it when I can to see how to best handle this.
