Support newly available networks for Ledger #528

Recently new substrate chains have become supported in Ledger https://github.com/polkadot-js/common/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

Picasso, Ternoa, Ajuna, Origintrail, potentially more

there is no ternoa, picasso, pendulum nor ajuna in ledger live's app store, so i see no new network to add I assume they are still in development

added astar & karura, as they showed up in ledger live

might want to keep this issue open forever, as a reminder to go have a look every now and then
