As a hyperlocal blogger, I want to see data from all sources filtered to just the ward that I'm in so that I can look for things that are of interest to me #50

areas.html is great for papers like the CNJ because it filters down big datasets to just the area that they're interested in.

There's a potential user who's interested in the same kind of thing, but in a smaller area and going further back. Ideally, this would let a user see everything that happened in a single ward over several years

If 'everything' is too much, being able to see year-by-year (for example) is probably ok

There's a type of lead that comes from '5 pubs on the same road have applied to extend their license over 6 months' that isn't supported by LNE. Possible solutions to this would be allowing search in areas.html (although browser search might be enough!)
