As a visually impaired user, I want to be able to learn how to perform a two-finger tap on the screen so that I can learn how to pause or resume reading a link, word, paragraph.

If this is made into a new module let me know so I can add it to the list of demo recordings to be made.

Implementation details from prior discussions:

There's no feedback to capture from TalkBack. It does the pause/resume internally.
Hence, this is mostly about explaining what this is to the user and providing opportunities for them to try it out
