Parking state as seen by Scheduler is unstable.
It happens that it gets stuck telling mount is parked while it is attempting to unpark the mount.
It misses a retry count and a fallback method in case of errors.
A test vector for the Scheduler using calibration frames and distant jobs should be created to make the issue obvious.
Note that the Telescope Simulator has no parking feature, thus is interesting as a test device, but does not cover all cases. A real eqmod mount should be used too, no need for it to move actually, just park/unpark/repark/etc.
