Options to not shutdown INDI when Scheduler shutdowns #17

When debugging, getting the simulators terminated is annoying. When observing, the end-user may want to continue to work with the setup even after the schedule finished.

Besides, if the Scheduler has nothing to do, it won't shutdown INDI if it is connected. Probably because the Scheduler did not attempt to start INDI itself.

Already done! That's in the Ekos options, "Stop Ekos After Shutdown".
