Scheduler starting on a simulation clock that is paused should open a warning to the end-user.
The warning should be timed to allow automated management.
Cancelling the warning should stop the scheduler from starting.
Validating the warning should set the simulation clock to now and enable it.
The advantage of keeping the KStars simulation clock paused is that no object moves in the simulation. Besides, there is a great reduction in cpu usage.
