ESL files map a target to a time interval and a Capture ESQ sequence for frames.
But ESQ contain the path where to store frames, so more or less relate to the target.
Now, frames could be stored all at the same place, in a "Light" folder, but what a mess.
So maybe let the Storage Module handle this, or make ESL contain paths that override ESQ, like the prefix is already overriden.
