Integrate Ekos into KStars #46

Integrate the Ekos interface so that it may be switched to and from with a button click, replacing the star map entirely. Alternately, make the star map a tab like other Ekos modules.

This might also allow cutting off resources for star map updates, which low-end setups would appreciate.
