When using twilight restriction, the Scheduler does not attempt to run a job under a lead time to dawn hardcoded to 30 minutes. This doesn't consider the imaging duration at all.
Make this configurable for the user as an Ekos option. Lead time should be an offset "before" dawn.
If implementing issue #5, this lead time is probably not useful anymore. However, until imaging duration estimation is fixed it may be interesting.
