I added the enablespawn and disablespawn subcommands if you don't want to just toggle your state.

Sorry I completely missed this PR. I appreciate the work you put into this, but I'm afraid explicit enable/disable commands are not necessary and are only adding complexity. Autocompletion would be nice. I'd accept a separate PR with just that.
