file picker / xdg support #345

On the wiki page, the xdg support for opening files is set as "done", but
when I click on open file under kde4, the qt file picker is coming out in
place of the kde4 one (where I have my shortcuts)...

Is the native file picker support (using xdg) only on version > 0.5 ? (the
one I'm using)

This is a bug in Oxygen because the style is not linking to kio in 4.2 
KFileDialog is not being used.  KFileDialog 
resides in the kio library and when the style does not link to kio QFileDialog 
is used.  I mentioned this issue to 
the Oxygen developers, but it would probably be worth opening a bug for Oxygen 
on the oxygen bug tracker.
